Notes:

Smell mealy, perhaps slightly chemical or seaweed.

Cap: with a dark eye when moist.

Spore print: dark "pinkish buff" = pale "fulvous".

Cap: subcuticle with vacuolar pigment, terminal elements inflated up to 23µm. True cuticle reduced to skeins of filamentous hyphae weakly encrusted.

Gill edge: fertile.

Basidia: 4-spored.

Gill trama with clamps.

Spores: 8-9(10.5)/7.5-8µm
