Notes:
Cap: 50% peeling.
Stem: often buff tinged near base.
Gills: mild tasting.
Spore print: "B"
Spores: 7-8/7µm, subspherical with parabolic warts c. 0.75µm high. several connectives, the odd mesh.
Dermatocystidia: sparse, capitate to clavate or fusiform, weakly staining in sulphovanillin; cylindric, non-staining (in SV) hyphae often clustered and with yellow encrustation, also present.
