On sticky clayey gravel, so specimens slightly orange stained.
Cap: slimy, pale greenish grey.
Gills taste: hot.
Fe+ medium weak.
Spore print "D"
Spores: 7-8/5-6µm
Dermatocystidia: cylindric, aseptate, weakly staining in sulphovanillin.
