Notes:
White resupinate polypore, bruising bright rusty-red after a few minutes and then darkening to almost black after an hour or so.
Spores: globose, 4-5µm diam, smooth, hyaline, with oil-droplet.
Spore print: white, non-amyloid.
Hyphae near base of fruitbody with polygonal to sub-stellate crystals.
