Notes:

Leaves 3mm, brittle, often losing tips, some with short hyaline tips, strongly curled when dry.

Lamina extends partly over nerve in middle of concave side of leaf.

Cells 6.5-10µm wide in upper leaf, papillose in mid-leaf, with large hyaline (or brown in older leaves) alar patches running up leaf margin.
