Notes:

Cap: 8cm diam. broadly umbonate.

Stipe: 15mm diam, with spiral half-ring of brown scales, growing from bleached leaf litter.

Spores: ellipsoid, 9.5-12/5-5.5µm.

Cap cuticle: hyaline, cylindric cells ≤500µm long, often flexuose below, clamped at base.

Cheilocystidia: gill edge with spheropedunculate to clavate cells which merge into basidiomes.
