Notes:

Cap cuticle with black resinous patches in older parts.

Pores collapsing on drying in places.

Form with very short spores.

Dried context white, with blue tinge when cut!

Spore print: white.

Spores: hyaline, narrowly ellipsoid, 4-5/2.5µm. No reaction in Melzer’s.

Cuticle of thick-walled, clamped, repent, hyphae 4-5µm diam.

Context of narrow, thin-walled, clamped hyphae, swelling to 2.5-5µm diam in 10% KOH.

Trama of thin-walled clamped hyphae, c.1.5µm diam.
