Gills and stipe turning grey with age and on damage.
Taste: mild.
Spore print: BFF:"E"/"F", Kibby: "D"
Spores: with warts up to 1µm, conical sided, round tipped, single, occasionally joined in pairs; no connectives, plage well-developed.
Stipe surface + FeSO4: grey.
Pileocystidia: cylindric, septate, non-staining in sulphovanilln.
