Notes:

Fastens two leaves together with silk and feeds between them.

11 Oct 2005: length = 14mm.

17 Oct 2005: spun up for winter in folded over leaf

30 Oct 2005: opened leaves: larva fatter and more orange. Photographed.

28 Mar 2006: over-wintered larva emerged looking for food. Fed on male willow catkins for a week or so, then retired back to its folded over leaf.

18 May 2006: Emerged.
