Notes:

This collection formed the Holotype when the species was described in 2018 and has been DNA sequenced.

Smell: mealy.

Basidia: 4-spored.

Gill edge: fertile.

Spores: rounded pentagonal, occasionally hexagonal, occasionally more angular, 7/6.5-7µm, mostly resting with apiculus upwards.

Cap cuticle: thin-walled, narrow, filamentous, hyphae, 2-5µm diam with granular pigment.

Subcuticle with discontinous pockets of hyaline, inflated cells up to 55/40µm.
