Notes:

Dark brown telia amphigenous on lamina (usually near top of petiole) and on petioles (usually near top).

Teliospores: brown, smooth, with a single apical pore, ovoid to irregular, with deciduous pedicel, apex with hyaline papilla. Teliospores intermixed with the occasional uredospore.

Uredospores: warty, yellow, subglobose, 23-26µm.
