Notes:
Infection on leaf undersides of saplings/regrowth of Downy Birch in shady corner.
Uredosori: hypophyllous, on small yellow spots.
Uredospores: clavate, sparsely warty, smooth at broad end, 28-41/10.5-14µm. With orange contents. Many white, empty uredospores where they’ve been eaten by Cecidomyid larvae.
