Notes:
Spore print: BFF "saffron", non-amyloid.
Spores: smooth, hyaline, oblong, sometimes slightly phaseoliform in side view, 10.5-13/6-8µm, cyanophilic.
Basidia: mostly 2-spored, occasionally 4-spored, cylindric, with large oil droplets.
Cap cuticle: unclamped, septate, filamentous hyphae c. 5µm diam, ending with chains of sausage-shaped cells upto 20µm wide; thin-walled and easily distorted.
