Notes:

Asci: tips not blued by iodine.

Ascospores: ellipsoid-fusiform, ends often dimpled, 25-38/10.5-12.5µm, hyaline, contents granular.

Paraphyses: 2.5-5µm diam, cylindrical, with red granular pigment along whole length, but especially at the tips, sparsely forked below; green in Melzer’s iodine.
