Notes:
Round black pycnothyria 0.15-0.25mm diam, gregarious on upper surface of bleached patches on rather wet fallen leaf.
Swollen and very shiny (like glass) when wet, drying flatter with raised central pimple and less shiny.
Conidia: 3-5/1µm, cylindric, tapered at one end and probably septate.
Conodiophores forming a palisade.
Darkened ring round ostiole.
