Notes:

Multiple stems growing in a group.

Variegated plant with purple tinges and chlorophyll restricted to stripes on the leaves, (a bit like a large Tradescantia!)

Comes up every year.

This plant has been known for six or seven years. It’s close to the road and gets mown some years. When not mown it withers between flowering and setting seed.
