Notes:

Puparium inside mine at lower end. Posterior spiracles separated, trifid, and projecting posteriorly.

Despite the damage to the puparium by careless collecting, an adult male emerged on 30 May 03. Male imago with abdomen entirely black (only slightly paler at edge of first tergite).
