Notes:
Two puparia: black one on mine and a second blackish brown (parasitised by parasitic wasp - 28 Jun 05 [DD]) one on other side of leaf, 10cm towards leaf base.
Imago emerged by 11 July.
Halteres whitish, otherwise entire insect, including legs, knees, frons and antennae black.
Wing length: 3mm, costa extending to vein M1+2, but thinner than previous section.
Squamal fringe pale.
Mesonotum with microsculpture.
Jowls deep behind.
The costa extends to vein M1+2, not just to vein R4+5, but with reduced thickness, but the mine and host match A. rondensis so this seems the best fit.
A small parasitic wasp emerged from the parasitised puparium.
