White frosted portions of earth tongues (tips) covered in conidiophores; dense white areas (eg near base) with abundant chlamydospores.
Conidia: cylindric, slightly tapered, pointed at narrow end, rounded at broader end, hyaline, smooth, 10-15.5/4µm.
Conidiophores: hyaline, cylindric, tapering from 3µm diam near base, with a few single branches with a septum below.
Chlamydospores: hyaline, spherical, thick-walled, 9-15µm diam, surrounded by thin-walled, oblate cells, 5-10µm diam and 4µm thick.
