Notes:
Growing over and completely enclosing carbonaceous stromatic pyrenomycete fungal fruitbodies which are themselves growing on the rotting wood.
Conidia: hyaline, aseptate, subspherical to clavate, often with squared-off scar. 6-8/3.5-4µm.
Conidiophores: hyaline, filamentous, verticillately branched, with spore-bearing denticles at tip.
