Notes:
Small grey spots broadly concentrically dark or pale ring-zoned, sunken, with blackish-purple border fading outwards, up to 8mm diam.
Underside similar to upper side, but darker, including the central spot and concentric zones less varied in colour, fine dark line at the bottom of the step, step buff and slightly raised, very thin zone immediately adjacent is brighter green than rest of leaf underside.
On lower leaves, within c. 1 foot of the ground - ie in the rainsplash zone.
Conidiophores poke through stomata on lower surface of leaf.
Conidia: hyaline, cylindric, 67-80/5-7µm, +/-3-septate, ends bluntly rounded.
