Notes:

Swept off Rumex obtusifolius (with Gastrophysa viridula feeding damage), Solanum ?nigrum, Urtica dioica, Cirsium arvense and Persicaria sp.

2m-cu with 2 bullae in left wing but only 1 in right wing. Flagellomeres 21+21.

Jussila says "orange to yellowish on palpi, mandible except for brown teeth, coxae, trochantera, trochantelli, femora, tibiae, tarsi (usually darker), metasoma except for black tergite 1 (postpetiolus sometimes dark orange, e.g. in lectotype) and brown-black last segments“ so looks like its misidentified.
