Length: 4.7mm; ovipositor as long as T1; ovipositor sheath/hind tibia: 0.32; ovipositor (not fully exposed)/hind tibia: 0.57; hind claw pecitnate.
Seems closest to D. stigmatellae/argentellae but doesn’t entirely fit either of them.
