Notes:
Emerged from c. 5-6 year old artificial birch stump, ie c. 90cm section of birch trunk with one end buried in the ground. (Esperia sulphurella emerged from same stump 19th May and Dasycera oliviella on 5th June).
Body length: 6.4mm, fore wing length: 5.6mm.
Mesosternal sulcus closed, petiole and tergites with strong transverse microsculpture; propodeum with very weak posterior transverse carina; petiole broader than L. biguttata and hind tibia red.
Ovipositor/body length: 0.58, ovipositor/hind tibia: 2.0.
