Body length 8.9mm; flagellomeres 25+25; ovipositor index 2.3; hind basitarsus/rest of tarsus 0.7.
Coxae all red; hind tibia whitish with dark subbasal band and tip but ovipositor too short for S. goniozator; ovipositor slightly down-curved.
