Notes:

Body length 8.2mm, forewing 5.7mm; flagellomeres 28+28; flagellomere 1 L/B=3.65; hind femur L/B= 4.75; ovipositor/hind tibia 0.5.

Petiole black about halfway to spiracles, but colour change gradual; T4 red to midway dorsally, further back laterallty.
