Notes:

Body length 9.5mm, forewing length 7.1mm; flagellomeres 30+30, somewhat hidden tyloids on F16-24.

Scape ventrally white, inner orbits broadly white up to antennal base and down to base of mandible, and with white spot on frons; outer orbits narrowly white below midpoint; mandible base white.

Scutellum narrowly white tipped; hind tarsomeres dorsal spot on tip of 2 and 3-4 white; hind femur black, red at base, hind tibia red-black (1:2).

Central red spot on postpetiole and T2-3 and 2/3 of T4 red.
