Notes:

Body length 6.7mm; flagellomeres 26+26.

Genal carina joining the oral carina at the base of the mandible. Prepectal carina ventrally enlarged and laminate, reduced in middle; hind femur black, hind tibia red, black apically.

Ovipositor sheath shorter than hind basitarsus.
