Body length: 5.8mm, fore wing length: 4.7mm; flagellomeres: 21+21.

From the main photos, Martin Schwarz says "It is the same species I am identifying as Phygadeuon rugulosus, but I haven’t seen the type or other reliably determined material. So my determination is also based only on older keys, but it is a distinct species."
