Andrey Khalaim says: "In many cases males of Euporizon are not easy or impossible to identify exactly. It may be one of the species of Euporizon after couplet 12 in the key to the European species by Horstmann (1981). Flagellum of male is usually more slender and contains +10-20% more flagellomeres than female. Other characters often also do not work well in males".
