Only recorded a couple of times, from Scottish isles (Lewis, Mull), but the description of R. didyma on Ranunculus in Ellis & Ellis (p412) refers to this species (cf Braun p230 & 239)
Distinguished from R. didyma, also found on Ranunculus, by the broad, egg-shaped conidia.
